daily organization of the confectionery shop work and production planning;
- distribution, coordination and control of employee work;
- active work in the confectionery shop together with the team;
- development of new confectionery products, testing of recipes and their adaptation to production;
- improvement of recipes and production processes of existing products;
- control of production deadlines and order fulfillment;
- planning of raw material requirements and control of residues;
- ensuring compliance with recipes and technological processes;
- control of product quality and food safety requirements;
- improvement of production efficiency and solution of daily problems;
- cooperation with the company administration.
Employee requirements
- experience in the field of confectionery or food production;
- ability to develop new products and work practically in production;
- leadership and work organization skills;
- responsibility, independence and ability to make decisions;
- ability to plan work and manage a team;
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements;
- orientation towards quality and results.
