We are looking for a Head of IT Systems Administration

In this position, you will:

• Form infrastructure goals and an activity plan aligned with the company's IT strategy
• Organize the work of a team of system administrators, set priorities, distribute tasks, and monitor service quality and team performance indicators
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cloud, and backup solutions
• Organize incident, problem, and change management, coordinate troubleshooting, escalation, and root cause analysis
• Plan system upgrades, maintenance, infrastructure capacity, licenses, and other necessary resources
• Ensure the implementation of access rights, privileged accounts, data recovery, vulnerability remediation, and other security controls
• Manage collaboration with IT vendors, partners, and other company departments
• Create and maintain technological standards, procedures, infrastructure architecture, and configuration documentation, initiate optimization and automation solutions

The team expects from you:

• Higher education in information technology, computer science, computer engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience leading an IT infrastructure or systems administration team
• Practical experience in systems administration, infrastructure maintenance or IT operations management
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, networking and backup solutions
• Experience working with cloud and Microsoft 365 ecosystem solutions and knowledge of identity, access rights and privileged account management
• Ability to use monitoring, incident management and documentation tools
• Automation and scripting knowledge (advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
