We are currently increasing the customer service team to serve the customers of the popular online store "ABOUT YOU" in writing and by phone!

• You will only work with incoming calls and requests 📲
  
• Communicate not only by phone, but also by e-mail. by mail 💻
  
• You will try to ensure that customers remain satisfied after receiving a detailed consultation on the issues that arise 🤩
  
• You will provide excellent service quality and be part of an innovative team 🏆
  
• You will receive continuous and diverse training that will help you become the best customer service manager(s) 🏅

• You have very good written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
• You will be able to participate in 5 days of training.
• You will be able to work 5 working days between I-VI from 9:00 to 18:00
• You can work full-time
• You want to communicate with various clients and help them solve their problems
• You are result-oriented
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are an independent personality
• You are able to quickly process new information
• You will be able to work on a flexible schedule (sometimes on weekends)
