We are looking for a team member: Building Certification Specialist

We are looking for a proactive team member to assist our energy performance certification experts in assessing buildings.

What will you do?

Analysis of building design documentation.

Reading drawings and calculating construction quantities.

Assessment of building structures and building materials.

Preparation and verification of documentation.

Communication with clients regarding missing information.

Assistance to certification experts in preparing energy performance certificates.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for someone who has a technical mindset and at least a basic understanding of construction.

An advantage will be given to candidates who:

are able to read construction drawings;

understand basic building structures and materials;

have a degree in construction, civil engineering or another technical field or work experience in the construction sector;

are proficient in Excel (AutoCAD is an advantage);

are able to analyze information and work carefully.

Certification experience is not necessary - we will teach it.

Higher or higher engineering education

Professional communication skills
