What are you going to do?

  • You will develop employees, form a team and together achieve the set goals
  • You will be responsible for the smooth, uninterrupted work of the salon and a motivated team

  • You will ensure that the team adheres to sales and service standards, and you will inspire them to achieve the best results with your example

Salary

2000-4000 €/mon. gross
This position pays a base salary of €2,000 and a monthly bonus of 60-100% of the base salary. The bonus depends on the results achieved by the salon.
The salary can be discussed with the candidates individually depending on the candidate's experience.
