- Professional customer consulting and sales development
- Preparation of online orders and administration of the online store (we train)
- Order control and communication with suppliers and customers
- Management of administrative processes and documentation
- Administration of social networks (Instagram, Facebook) and content creation
- Filming videos, generating ideas
- Development of the online store and process improvement
- Administrative or financial processes (according to experience)
Employee requirements
- You have experience in customer service or sales (an advantage)
- You are communicative, proactive, responsible and result-oriented
- You enjoy working with people, you are able to provide clear advice
- You have good computer skills
- You are able to work independently, plan your time and make decisions
- Knowledge of Russian is a great advantage
- Experience working with children's products is a great advantage
