After getting a job as an assistant game manager, you will start your journey with training at the academy, where you will gain the necessary knowledge and skills. Working days will pass in our modern studio on the banks of the Nemunas River, where you will work standing, allowing you to stay active and in good spirits throughout the day.

We offer:
● Guaranteed 1 EUR bonus for each working hour for transportation and food (already included in the hourly wage)
● Hourly wage: 8.06 EUR – 17.5 EUR excluding taxes
● Flexible schedule with the ability to choose your own working hours and shift
We have three of them - morning (7:00-15:00), afternoon (15:00-22:00) or night (22:00-07:00)
● Paid breaks, which you will have from 1.5 to 2 hours per day
● Additional private health insurance, which covers dental, ophthalmological, psychotherapy and other services
