We are currently looking for a Loading and Warehouse Operator who would coordinate the work of a team of 9 employees and oversee unloading, internal transportation, and packaging operations.
What will your job look like:
- You will coordinate the work of a team of 9 employees and distribute daily tasks.
- You will ensure the smooth execution of unloading, internal transportation and packaging operations.
- You will train new team members and help them master work processes.
- You will monitor the quality of work, provide feedback and help solve daily operational challenges.
- You will cooperate with operations specialists, contribute to the organization of work and process improvement.
- You will ensure a safe, orderly and efficient work environment.
What we expect from you:
- You have experience in logistics, warehousing or production and are able to organize daily work.
- You are able to motivate a team and focus it on common goals.
- You are responsible, organized and result-oriented.
- You are able to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- You notice areas for improvement and suggest more effective work organization solutions.
- You quickly absorb new information and are able to transfer knowledge to other employees.
