We are currently looking for a Loyalty Project Manager to join our marketing team and contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of loyalty programs for our clients.
Nature of work:
- Development, implementation and evaluation of results of customer loyalty programs/projects;
- Email preparing, sending and analyzing mail marketing campaigns;
- Work with the company's internal customer database, administration of customer technical requests;
- Preparation of customer loyalty program reports, monitoring of indicators (KPI), making proposals;
- Communication with design and advertising agencies;
- Cooperation with the company's suppliers in supporting the products they represent;
- Organization of customer surveys;
- Active participation in marketing action planning.
We hope you:
- Have marketing knowledge and work experience (working with a loyalty program would be an advantage);
- Have experience working with the Adobe Campaign program;
- Work experience with analytics and CRM platforms would be an advantage (Google, Adobe, CDC);
- Have strong analytical skills in analyzing available data;
- Don't get lost in the customer journey map;
- Experience and knowledge of online and retail sales is an advantage;
- Have good English skills;
- Don't get lost in the flow of information, can see both the "big picture" and small, but essential
- Know how to prioritize, because you are organized and have excellent planning skills;
- Want and can be part of a friendly and professional team!
