We are looking for a marketing assistant in Vilnius

👓Be a right-hand man: You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, helping to plan, organize and coordinate daily work;
👓Campaign activation: You will contribute to the launch of marketing campaigns in traditional media (TV, outdoor advertising, radio, etc.) and social networks;
👓Internal communication: You will take care of information in the company's internal channels so that the entire team is aware of news and promotions;
👓Organization and aesthetics in salons: You will supervise advertising positions and POS (point of sale) materials in optical salons. Your task is to ensure that the salons are equipped with everything (from stickers to the latest posters), and that the advertising looks impeccable;
👓Collaboration: You will communicate with partners, printers and salon employees, solving operational issues.

👓You have at least minimal experience in marketing or project management (experience in retail is a big advantage!);
👓You are well-versed in the world of social networks and understand how traditional media works;
👓You are super-organized: you can see details, follow deadlines and manage several tasks at the same time;
👓You have excellent communication skills, you are proactive and are not afraid to ask when something is unclear;
👓You communicate in English both in writing and orally;
👓You have experience working with MS Office tools and Canva;
👓You have a driver's license (would be an advantage when visiting salons).
