ABOUT THE POSITION
The Marketing Coordinator contributes to the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns, curates orders for promotional merchandise, coordinates official events and internal communications. This position shapes the company's brand image and develops marketing strategies to achieve business goals. For this position, we are looking for a person with creativity, analytical skills and leadership.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Plan and implement social media campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging content that aims to enhance the employer brand and increase audience engagement.
- Plan and organize team events and activities that strengthen the company culture and brand visibility.
- Coordinate employee engagement in events and other initiatives.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns that support HR recruitment initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media activity, providing regular insights and improvement recommendations for the employer brand strategy.
- Collaborate with other teams, contributing to internal communication.
- Curate promotional merchandise orders, including product samples.
- Contribute to the organization of client visits and public events.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, successes and improvement opportunities to managers.
- Support additional marketing initiatives as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging digital content, including social media posts, photography, and video content.
- Experience analyzing social media data and campaign activity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with HR and marketing teams and managers.
- Creativity in developing initiatives that strengthen the company's culture and employer brand.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail while maintaining a consistent brand message and communication standards
- Understanding of storytelling principles.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications or employer branding is a plus.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
