WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING MANAGER
We are looking for a creative, proactive and marketing-minded person to join our team and take care of brand communication, content creation and digital marketing channels.
🎥 This position focuses on video content, so we are looking for someone who not only follows social media trends, but is also able to apply them in practice – filming, editing and creating engaging Reels and other short video content.
We are looking for a creative, proactive and marketing-minded person to join our team and take care of brand communication, content creation and digital marketing channels.
🎥 This position focuses on video content, so we are looking for someone who not only follows social media trends, but is also able to apply them in practice – filming, editing and creating engaging Reels and other short video content.
Your main responsibilities:
- Editing Reels and other short-form video content with CapCut or other software;
- Social media management, content planning and creation;
- Writing texts for social media and other marketing communications;
- Influencer marketing – selecting influencers, coordinating collaborations and evaluating results;
- Collaboration with an advertising agency and managing key advertising channels: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and newsletters;
- Monitoring and analyzing key marketing and advertising results;
What do we expect from you:
- ability to independently edit Reels and other short video content;
- good knowledge of social networks and interest in current trends;
- creativity, initiative and good visual sense;
- ability to plan your work and independently implement ideas;
- understanding of basic digital marketing channels (at least basic knowledge of META Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
A big advantage if:
- you know how to work with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or other visual content creation and editing programs;
- you have experience working with WordPress or another website content management system;
- you have worked with influencer marketing, e-commerce or beauty/lifestyle brands.
We are looking for someone for whom marketing is not just about running ads – it is about creativity, aesthetics, and the ability to spot trends and turn them into content that attracts attention and creates results.
