We are looking for a foreman for the SMT team!

We are a growing and dynamic electronics manufacturing company that has recently become part of Inission Group, a leading Scandinavian electronics and end-product assembly service provider.

We are looking for a SMT Foreman to join our team.

🧑‍🏫 Job Description:
✅Organize smooth team work;
✅Control the production process and ensure the implementation of quality and productivity indicators;
✅Inform employees about process changes, organize training, resolve conflicts;
✅Participate in daily production meetings, provide task performance reports and share information;
✅Introduce and properly train new employees;
✅Standardize processes;
✅Propose process changes to improve quality and productivity indicators.

We offer a convenient work schedule – 3 shifts that change every week:

Week 1: 05:30 – 14:00;
Week II: 13:30 – 22:00;
Week III: 21:30 – 06:00.

Working day length: 7.67 hours.

Weekends and holidays are free! You will have the opportunity to relax after a working week and enjoy your free time.

SALARY:
during the trial period 13.50 eur/ hour before taxes (at night from 22:00 - 6:00 the rate is 1.5 times higher)
Monthly salary after taxes with night shifts about 1539 eur, after taxes.
