Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the primary school, ensuring a smooth educational process, high quality of teaching, student progress and a safe, motivating and learning-friendly environment.
- Form and develop the school's educational direction, in cooperation with the team of teachers, implementing advanced educational methods, improving the teaching process and ensuring the implementation of school educational values in daily activities.
- Assemble and develop a professional school team, promote employee initiative, mutual cooperation, motivation and continuous professional development.
- Create a strong and trust-based school community, maintain close ties with students' families, ensure open communication, promptly resolve emerging issues and take care of the well-being of each student.
- Plan and effectively manage school activities, rationally distribute financial, human and material resources, control the use of the allocated budget in accordance with the requirements of the National School Budget and ensure smooth organizational processes.
- To contribute to the growth of the school and the attraction of new students, to cooperate in organizing the admission of students, to present the uniqueness of education and to strengthen the trust of current and future families in the school.
- To ensure proper school administration and compliance with legal requirements, to coordinate the management of documentation, the administration of the educational process and the fulfillment of other obligations provided for in legal acts.
- To represent the school and foster its image, to develop relations with educational institutions, partners and the public, to strengthen the school's awareness, reputation and long-term development.
Employee requirements
- you have experience in management, team coordination or pedagogical leadership in an educational or service organization, you are able to organize daily activities and take responsibility for the result;
- you are familiar with the educational process, the Lithuanian education system and the legal acts regulating primary education, you have a master's degree in educational leadership management;
- you are able to communicate clearly in writing and orally, create an organizational culture based on trust, resolve sensitive situations and maintain a constructive dialogue with parents and the team;
- you are an independent, analytically thinking person with an impeccable reputation, for whom responsible leadership and modern education are important;
- you have experience in implementing innovative educational methods, participating in international projects or initiating changes in the quality of education (an advantage);
- you understand the logic of budget planning, resource management and financial results (an advantage).
