- Ensuring the smooth operation of restaurants (departments) - effective process management, ensuring that both customer service and internal work processes run smoothly and with high quality.
- Organization and control of personnel work - distribution of employee work, team coordination, ensuring smooth cooperation and supervision of work quality.
- Control of compliance with service and production quality standards.
- Employee training - training and assessment of new employees according to stages and approved company procedures.
- Preparation of reports and administration (filling out) of documentation.
- Management of conflict situations - prompt resolution of problems with both employees and customers.
- Ensuring the long-term success of restaurants (departments) - initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, which help not only to maintain the smooth operation of restaurants, but also to achieve their growth.
