🔎 What will you need to do?
- Search and selection of drivers;
- Communication with candidates by phone and text;
- Document administration;
- Work with migration and employment processes;
- Coordination of drivers before departure;
- Assistance in administering employee rotation;
- Communication with partners in Lithuania and abroad;
- Resolving everyday situations and responding promptly.
Employee requirements
✅ We hope that you:
- Able to communicate with different people;
- You are responsible, quickly orient yourself in situations;
- You know how to work with a computer and manage information neatly;
- You are not afraid of a faster pace of work;
- Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;
- Knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Experience in the field of personnel, logistics or transport is an advantage, but the most important thing is the attitude and desire to work.
