📌 We will entrust you with the function of employee search and selection - from identifying needs, communicating with managers, to conducting the selection process and selecting new team members.
👋 You will take care of the company's newcomers: you will implement employee introduction, adaptation and other onboarding and offboarding processes.
📊 You will analyze HR indicators and provide insights and reports to management.
📁 You will contribute to the preparation and administration of personnel documentation (including contracts, archiving and correct document storage).
🎉 You will initiate and coordinate activities, projects and office events related to personnel management that support employee engagement and a good atmosphere in the company.
🎓 You will coordinate training and communication: invitations, register, organizational issues and smooth implementation of the process.
📩 You will oversee HR e-mails, intranet (WIKI) updates, document shipments and other (e.g. Unipark, business trips, stationery).

Work experience in personnel search, selection and administration.
Willing to be interested in modern methods of candidate search and assessment.
Experience in preparing and administering personnel documents
Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the ability to apply it in practice when consulting colleagues.
