ABOUT THE POSITION
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted production and continuity of supply.
This position focuses on order management, collaboration with suppliers, monitoring delivery deadlines and resolving issues, while ensuring compliance with the production plan and internal processes.
This position plays a key role in managing supply risks, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining efficient procurement operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and administer purchase orders for raw materials, subcontracts and services.
- Ensure correct order information: quantities, prices, delivery terms, specifications and necessary documentation.
- Track order confirmations, delivery terms and possible delays.
- In case of delays or supply risks, communicate with suppliers, agree on new terms and look for solutions.
- Coordinate the supply of raw materials according to production needs and priorities.
- Manage Min–Max orders for the assigned raw material group.
- Organize the transfer of aluminum raw materials to external suppliers for processing - milling, bending, painting and other services.
- Transfer the necessary technical information, drawings or specifications to suppliers and track service performance deadlines.
- Resolve problems related to orders, supply or documentation.
- Cooperate daily with the Planning, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We expect you to have:
- Experience in purchasing, supply or order management and management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Experience working with technical raw materials or components, especially aluminum or metal.
- General understanding of technical manufacturing or raw material processing processes.
- Ability to navigate technical drawings or specifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
