ABOUT THE POSITION
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted production and continuity of supply.
This position focuses on order management, collaboration with suppliers, monitoring delivery deadlines and resolving issues, while ensuring compliance with the production plan and internal processes.
This position plays a key role in managing supply risks, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining efficient procurement operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and approve purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure uninterrupted production by managing orders for raw materials, subcontracts and services.
- Monitor supplier delivery deadlines and promptly resolve delays.
- Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with suppliers and internal departments.
- Resolve order issues and data and documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain Min–Max inventory levels and ensure proper replenishment.
- Ensure that all procurement documentation is accurate and orderly.
- Coordinate subcontract orders and monitor their execution.
- Deputize colleagues when necessary in processing invoices: including their verification, resolution of discrepancies and administration of credit accounts.
- Contribute to process improvement and other tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- English language level not lower than B2.
- Experience in order management, communication with suppliers or working with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
