We are looking for a Planning Specialist to join us, who will be responsible for project planning, logistics coordination and administration of related processes for seconded employees.
This is a position for someone who is able to work in a structured manner, effectively manage multiple processes simultaneously and ensure smooth organization of activities in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

Nature of work:
- Planning and coordination of employee allocation to projects;
- Administration of employee registrations and preparation and submission of documentation to clients;
- Travel organization (flights, transfers, routes);
- Management of daily changes and prompt resolution of problems;
- Process improvement and efficiency improvement;
- Preparation of reports, data analysis and provision of information to management;
- Constant communication with employees, project managers and partners.
