In this position, you will:

• Contribute to the implementation of various types of projects (R&D, product development, production improvement, IT, etc.)
• Be an important part of the PMO in the organization and contribute to raising project management maturity and improving project implementation processes
• Implement and use IT project management tools
• Together with technical project managers, you will plan and implement the company's most important projects
• In collaboration with technical project managers, you will identify and manage project risks, solve emerging problems, contribute to project schedule planning and educate team members on project management issues, ensuring the achievement of assigned project goals

The team expects from you:

• Have a technical science (physics, engineering, chemistry, mathematics, IT) education or it would be considered an advantage
• Have at least 2 years of project management experience (experience in the high-tech sector - photonics, engineering, biotechnology, etc. - would be considered a great advantage)
• Have at least 2 years of experience in managing projects financed by EU funds (would be considered an advantage)
• Knowledge of the application aspects of different project management methodologies (PMBOK, Stage-Gate, Waterfall)
• Able to work with IT tools for project management
• You are result-oriented, you like working in a team, looking for new solutions and collaborating
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
