UAB "Innovative Restaurants" is looking for a responsible, organized and proactive team member who will help ensure the smooth administrative work of our restaurants, oversee daily processes and coordinate tasks related to departments.

- Daily maintenance of WOLT and BOLT platforms, updating menu and promotion information;
- Communication with WOLT/BOLT representatives and prompt resolution of technical and administrative issues;
- Preparation, monitoring and control of WOLT order cancellation reports;
- Collection of department orders, their submission to suppliers and coordination of related issues;
- Induction and training of new department administrators;
- Monitoring working time accounting
- Monitoring internal reports and information in the Slack communication channel and responding to relevant issues;
- Assisting department heads in resolving daily operational issues;
- Replacing the regional/department head during vacation or illness;
- Performing other tasks related to the smooth operation of the departments.

- Have experience in administrative, restaurant or similar work;
- Able to independently plan work and set priorities;
- Are responsible, meticulous and attentive to details;
- Able to quickly react to changing situations and find solutions;
- Communicate easily and know how to work in a team;

- Have good computer skills;
