In this position, you will find:

• Comprehensive training upon joining the team – you will get acquainted with the operation of spectroscopic systems, service processes and working methods.
• Installation of spectroscopic systems in customer laboratories, customer training and technical support.
• Fault diagnostics, repair and system testing during business trips and remotely.
• Consulting customers on technical, integration and system usage issues.
• Analysis of more complex technical problems, evaluation of component compatibility and providing proposals for product improvement.
• Cooperation with product development and production teams in solving customer challenges.

The team expects from you:

• University education in the field of physics (knowledge of laser physics is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel – you will work on business trips for about 60–100 days per year, most of the time in European countries.
• Independence, good time management skills and a desire to constantly improve.
• Technical curiosity and practical skills – you like to experiment, construct, repair or look for technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher).
• Ability to independently identify and solve technical problems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
