WE ARE LOOKING FOR A READING TEACHER/MANAGER
We are looking for someone who would like to work with children long-term and join our team for more than one month.
Important: we are looking specifically for a reading teacher, not a general non-formal education or children's employment manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will conduct reading classes in groups and individually (live or online)
• You will work according to our methodology and structure.
• You will teach children to read, help strengthen their reading skills.
• You will work through creativity, play, movement and emotional cognition.
• You will build a relationship with children, maintain clear boundaries.
• You will communicate with parents about the child's progress and process.
• We will conduct classes in our branches and at our clients - other institutions with which we cooperate.

YEAR-ROUND JOB OPPORTUNITIES
We work all year round, on weekdays and weekends.
In addition to reading classes, there is an opportunity to work in other activities we organize:

• 📚 helping children prepare lessons (weekends);
• 🎨 weekend creative workshops;
• other additional activities for children.

Therefore, we offer the opportunity to work with children in various activities all year round, and not just conducting reading classes.

3. 30–50 min. trial activity.
If you want to not only work with children, but also teach them – we will wait for your CV.

Salary – 12–30 Eur/hour before taxes, depending on the format and type of classes (live / online, individual / group).

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Love children and have real experience working with them.
• Want to specifically teach children to read.
• Able to build rapport, are patient and reliable.
• Keep agreements.
• Flexible in time and location.
• Willing to work for more than one month.

A teaching diploma is a plus, but not a necessity.
We do not have a specific educational requirement.
