Caption, a social media agency, is looking for a Senior-level Project Manager 🚀
You will represent the agency to the client and the client to the agency. This will require you to listen well and convey information to the creative team even better. You will work on daily communication, campaigns, employer branding and strategy development on clients' Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other social networks (sometimes even beyond digital media). You will do best if you are motivated to help, exceed expectations and care about the client's success.

👉 Clarify the client's goals, understand the needs and expectations and fulfill them correctly.
👉 Know when to say "no" and when to offer more. To yourself, the team or the client.
👉 Manage communication between all sides of the project (ours, the client, third parties).
👉 Clearly delegate tasks to the team and plan their time and that of colleagues - creatives, designers and assistants - for their implementation.
👉 Look for opportunities to proactively offer clients communication improvements and new campaigns.

✅ have at least 3 years of experience in managing social media projects in an agency, where it was necessary to quickly respond to changing circumstances and manage various client needs;
✅ understand how social networks work, follow trends and are able to argue to the client what is (or is not) platform native content.
✅ You see the estimate and understand what is most effective for the client and makes money for the agency;
✅ You are able to prioritize and follow the deadlines of several projects at the same time. You feel great working with several clients, solving several challenges and managing several projects at the same time.
✅ You are a people person - you know how to communicate and find a common language with everyone. Make contact with anyone.
✅ You are not short of awareness, empathy and love for people. We hope that you will care about the success of your clients as much as you care about the well-being of your colleagues.

⭐ Full-time with an employment contract (part of the time remote, part in the office (3/2), as you prefer);
