What we expect from YOU:
- You are proficient and proficient in using Microsoft Office and have practical experience with a business management system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision would be a great advantage)
- You are fluent in English, as you will have to communicate with suppliers (written and verbal)
- Negotiation skills are your strong point
- You have a higher education
- You have work experience in the field of supply of goods in a manufacturing company (we would consider it an advantage)
- You are able to plan time and assess priorities in an effective, organized manner
- You have analytical thinking, excellent organizational and time planning skills

- Communicate and cooperate with suppliers, issues of management of supply conditions;
- Management of purchase orders (planning the need for goods, forming purchase orders, receiving purchase invoices)
- Timely planning and administration of raw material balances in warehouses
- Updating product information in the database
- Management, planning and timely ordering of production and auxiliary raw material stock balances
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Market tracking and analysis of purchased raw material prices
- Maintaining relations with foreign suppliers
- Making suggestions for optimizing the supply process and implementing them
- Ensuring effective communication between production, logistics and other related departments
- You will have the opportunity to implement your ideas and initiatives
