Nature of work
Participate in the preparation of supply orders and coordinate their execution.
Maintain contact with existing and potential suppliers.
Collect and systematize information about suppliers' offers, prices and delivery terms.
Coordinate the delivery of goods and resolve supply-related problems.
Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory.
Prepare reports on order execution, stock levels and delivery indicators.
Ensure data accuracy in information systems.
Assist the supply manager in daily activities.

Requirements for the candidate:
Higher or higher education (can be a final year student).
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work with large amounts of information and carefully manage documents.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsibility, attention to detail, initiative.
Good knowledge of English.
Experience in the field of procurement or supply would be an advantage.
