UAB "KRS" - a rapidly growing company implementing ambitious construction and engineering projects - is looking for a creative videographer who would turn our projects, people and ideas into engaging video content.

We need not just an editor, but a creator who sees opportunity in every frame! 🚀

🔹You will create engaging videos (Clipping) – you will select the best moments from interviews, podcasts and longer recordings.
🔹You will bring old content to new life – you will creatively rework existing material, giving it a new face.
🔹I will film interviews, podcasts and events – both in the studio and in various locations.
🔹I will travel to where the action is happening – I will capture KRS projects, people and the most interesting moments.
🔹You will edit and design videos – you will create “Reels”, “Shorts” and other formats, add subtitles, music and effects.
🔹You will contribute to creative ideas and scripts – you will look for ways to engage the viewer from the first seconds.
🔹You will follow the latest trends – you will look for fresh ideas and innovative video creation solutions.

🔹Have experience in filming and video editing.
🔹Knowledge of working with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar programs.
🔹Ability to create dynamic, attention-grabbing videos.
🔹Knowledge of the basics of filming, lighting, sound and subtitling.
🔹Follow the latest video production trends.
🔹You are creative, proactive and able to work in a team and independently.
🔹Have a category B driver's license.

🔹Experience filming interviews and podcasts.
🔹Ability to work with multi-camera footage.
🔹Experience creating short, engaging social media videos.
🔹Ability to apply artificial intelligence tools in your work.

The most important thing is your work, creativity and desire to improve. A diploma is not more important to us than a good portfolio!
