Nature of work
- Production of Mexican and BBQ dishes according to technological cards;
- Ordering products and controlling residues;
- Preparation and smoking of BBQ pastrami beef and other meats using the BBQ method;
- Working with the JOSPER grill and cooking meats;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace;
- Ensuring and improving food quality and kitchen processes.
