Main tasks:
- Project management at all stages – from order confirmation to final implementation, ensuring compliance with quality, budget and deadlines;
- Coordination of several projects simultaneously, priority planning and process control;
- Search, selection and coordination of prices and deadlines for installation, plumbing and electrical work subcontractors;
- Supervision of the quality of work performed, resolution of issues and claims;
- Organization and control of orders for household appliances, stone countertops and other related goods and services;
- Issuing invoices to customers, drawing up and controlling payment schedules, and adjusting them if necessary;
- Close cooperation with design, production and other departments of the company to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Position requirements:
- At least 2 years of project management experience (advantage – experience in the non-standard or cabinet furniture sector);
- Experience in coordinating several projects simultaneously and managing different process stages;
- Experience in project profitability analysis and cost optimization;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and negotiation skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly, effectively set priorities and take responsibility for the project outcome;
- Responsibility, independence and orientation towards a quality result.
