Main tasks:
- Ensure smooth and timely implementation of all projects;
- Manage production processes, identify disruptions, delays or discrepancies and promptly initiate solutions;
- Establish and maintain long-term partnership relationships with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Organize and coordinate subcontracting work, search for subcontractors;
- Analyze the market, search for new suppliers, alternative materials and technological solutions;
- Coordinate team activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes, distribution of responsibilities and timely achievement of results;
- Continuously improve work organization processes, implement good practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in furniture project management/implementation is required;
- Competence in the production, assembly and installation processes of solid furniture;
- Ability to coordinate the work of several managers, see the whole and act promptly;
- Leadership, decision-making and process management skills.
