We are looking for a preschool teacher who is committed not only to educating children, but also to creating a safe, supportive and curiosity-promoting environment.

Nature of work:
- Plan and organize daily educational activities: games, projects, explorations and sensory tasks.
- Take into account the individual needs, abilities and pace of development of children, promote their independence and initiative.
- Ensure the safety of children, group order and adherence to the daily regimen.
- Create a positive communication environment, resolve behavioral situations through dialogue, agreements and respectful communication.
- Cooperate with children's parents, inform them about children's progress and daily activities.
- Participate in joint events, projects and team methodological meetings.
Requirements for the candidate(s):
- Pedagogical (preschool or primary education) education or other education that meets the requirements of Lithuanian legislation.
- Experience working with preschool children - an advantage.
- Experience in a private or bilingual kindergarten - a great advantage.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian at least B1 level - mandatory.
- Knowledge of English - an advantage.
- Basic digital skills.
- Valid right to work in Lithuania and a valid code according to Article 30 of the Law on the Fundamentals of the Protection of the Rights of the Child.
