Your main responsibilities:
- Registration of fixed asset purchase invoices;
- Registration of other invoices related to inventories;
- Administration of fixed assets, depreciation, reclassification, sales by issuing and registering a VAT invoice;
- Inventory administration, sales by issuing and registering a VAT invoice;
- Communication with colleagues from other departments, timely transfer of information;
- Resolving various inquiries (internal/external customers);
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university education (audit, finance);
- Experience in the logistics sector (advantage);
- Working with the accounting program Rivilė (advantage);
- Ability to quickly absorb information and manage databases;
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment;
- Communicative, responsible and diligent;
- Excellent computer skills.
