About us
UAB "Deals on Wheels" is an independent car sales and consulting expert, changing the approach to car buying in Lithuania. Our goal is to make the process of car purchase and maintenance simple, transparent and joyful. We represent the interests of customers, help them choose new and tested used cars, offer individual orders and develop the sale of new vehicles.
We are looking for an ambitious, strategically thinking and results-oriented Company Director who would take over the operational management of the company, ensure sustainable development and continue to foster the highest customer service culture.

Nature of work:
- Strategic management: forming the company's business strategy, setting annual goals and ensuring their implementation.
- Operational optimization: monitoring and increasing the efficiency of sales, car search/transportation services and customer service processes.
- Financial management: budgeting, control of financial flows, profitability and operating costs.
- Team leadership: forming and developing a strong, motivated team and maintaining an internal culture based on transparency and professionalism.
- Partnerships and development: maintaining relationships with key partners (leasing companies, suppliers, car manufacturer representatives) and searching for new business opportunities.
- Customer experience: ensuring that customers receive professional and transparent service that meets the values of "Deals on Wheels".
We hope you:
- Have successful management experience (an advantage - in the automotive sales, leasing, transport or related services sector).
- Have excellent financial literacy, business management and strategic planning skills.
- Are an inspiring leader, able to motivate the team to achieve high results.
- Have a deep foundation in sales management and customer experience development.
- Speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Have high ethical standards, initiative and solution orientation.
