- Maintaining general order in the company's territory;
- Working with manual and mechanical cleaning tools (tractor, loader);
- Minor repair, maintenance and housekeeping work in buildings and their surroundings;

- B ( C ) / TR2 category driver's license;
- Ability to independently plan, organize activities, make decisions related to direct work functions, and solve emerging problems;
