Company Manager

An international transportation company is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented manager who would take responsibility for managing the company's operations, strengthening the team, and further development.

Organization and strategic management of the joint venture
Ensuring the efficiency of transport and logistics processes
Analysis of operational results, budget control and profitability increase
Formation and development of a team of transport managers, administration and other employees
Search for business development opportunities in Western European markets
Maintenance and development of relationships with customers, partners and suppliers
Identification, control and improvement of performance indicators
Representation of the company in negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers

We expect that:

You have managerial experience in the transport, logistics or related sector
You have a higher education
You are well-versed in the international transportation business
You are able to make decisions, take responsibility and achieve set goals
You have strong leadership, team management and organizational skills
You speak English and Russian
