Our client is an international group of companies that has been successfully implementing industrial construction and large infrastructure projects in various countries around the world for more than 10 years.
We are currently looking for a Company Manager to join our management team, who will have a unique opportunity to apply their accumulated experience, shape the direction of the business and directly contribute to the growth and development of the newly established company.

In this position you will:
- You will form and implement the company's growth and development strategy
- You will mobilize, develop and strengthen the company's administration team
- You will form the company's direction of operations and ensure the achievement of strategic and financial goals
- You will supervise the implementation of metal structures and pipeline installation projects in international markets, ensuring their effective implementation
- You will mobilize the activities of project managers, administration and other departments to achieve common goals
- You will create and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and business partners
- You will represent the company in negotiations on new projects and strategic contracts
- You will evaluate performance results, identify growth opportunities and initiate efficiency improvement solutions
- You will ensure compliance with the highest employee safety, quality and legal requirements
- You will manage the company's financial indicators, cost control and profitability assurance
- You will initiate and implement solutions that contribute to the long-term growth of the company and strengthening its competitive advantage.

The following qualities and skills will be useful when applying:
- At least 2 years of work experience in shipbuilding/repair, insulation, finishing or similar project management
- Experience working with foreign clients and international projects
- A great advantage is knowledge of shipbuilding and repair technological processes (hull assembly, welding, pipeline installation, mechanical and electrical works)
- Ability to manage subcontractors, technical specialists in construction projects
- Experience in controlling project deadlines, budget, resource allocation and profitability
- Experience in growing a company/division/project
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Readiness to go on business trips abroad as needed
- Strong orientation towards results, initiative and responsibility for the implementation of goals
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to work with a team, develop and motivate its members
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and plan time effectively.
