We are currently inviting a Company Manager (or Manager) with solid B2B sales experience and leadership qualities to join the team, who would ensure the successful operation of the company and effective team work.

We will trust you:
- Comprehensive development of activities: search for new products, customer acquisition, etc.;
- Formation of the company's business strategy, development of existing and new projects, monitoring profitability and searching for new solutions;
- Analysis of the company's activities, assessment and monitoring of indicators, decision-making, implementation of corrective actions, ensuring the set performance results;
- Close cooperation with the company's shareholders to achieve common goals;
- Daily management of the company's activities, formation of goals for the team, delegation of tasks and supervision of implementation, resolution of current issues.
We hope you:
- You have at least 5 years of successful sales experience in the B2B segment;
- You have experience in leading a team, are able to set goals, delegate tasks and ensure results;
- You have experience in managing a company, business development, expansion or project management;
- You think strategically, see opportunities and are focused on profitability and company growth;
- You are able to plan and manage budgets;
- You are responsible, independent, proactive, have clear communication, resilience, are able to listen and motivate a team.
- You have a higher education;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (verbally and in writing);
- You have a category B driver's license.
