BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Organization of profitable company activities (company up to 100 employees);
- Solution of business situations;
- Search for ways to improve operational efficiency;
- Ensuring the transportation process;
- Supervision and control of the work of managers.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have experience in organizing and managing profitable company activities for at least 5 years (up to 100 employees), having your own transport;
- You are able to independently analyze and solve various business situations.
- You are actively looking for ways to increase operational efficiency, optimize processes and improve results;
- You are able to ensure smooth and effective organization and control of the transportation process;
- You have experience in supervising, coordinating and controlling the work of managers and their results;
- You are focused on results, profitability and continuous improvement of activities;
- You are able to make decisions, take responsibility and ensure that the set goals are achieved;
- You have strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
- You are very fluent in English and Russian.
