Commercial real estate and DROBĖ complex management

We are looking for a manager who would turn the strategic vision of the company into a clearly functioning management system.
This is a management position where you will be responsible for the integrated operational management of the company, coordination of different functions and transformation of strategic goals into consistent actions and tangible business results.

About the company and the project
UAB „Baltic Realty Investments“ manages and develops a portfolio of real estate objects, including projects of different purposes and concepts. One of them is the DROBĖ complex in Kaunas, an exclusive former factory space, which houses offices, interior and design businesses, services, events and community initiatives. DROBĖ is not just a building: it is a growing business and creative ecosystem project, which at this stage needs clear, strong and independent operational leadership.

The essence of the position
Your main task is to ensure that daily decisions are made in a timely manner, responsibilities are clearly distributed, and more complex issues are assessed systematically, providing substantiated solution options and recommendations.
The manager will connect the strategic direction of the company with its daily operations and at the same time become the visible face of DROBĖ to tenants, partners, brokers and the business community.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and business result-oriented management of the company and the implementation of strategic goals.
• Coordinate commercial, financial, construction and operation, sales and marketing activities, ensuring compatibility of different functions.
• Make timely operational decisions, set priorities and ensure a clear distribution of responsibilities.
• Create and improve performance management processes, a system of indicators and accountability principles.
• Lead the team, strengthen a culture of cooperation and responsibility, ensure clear goals and performance expectations.
• Ensure the operational efficiency of commercial real estate properties, quality tenant experience and sustainable commercial results.
• Develop long-term relationships with tenants, partners, brokers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Represent UAB Baltic Realty Investments and DROBĖS complex in the business community, partnerships and public space.

What we expect

• Significant leadership or high-level responsibility experience in commercial real estate, construction, property development, complex services or related business.
• Experience in managing commercial performance, budgets, contracts, projects and a cross-functional team.
• Ability to systematically assess complex situations, make timely decisions within the scope of one's responsibility and take responsibility for their implementation and result, and on strategic or higher-impact issues - provide reasoned conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong commercial thinking and ability to manage activities according to clear indicators, assessing rental income, costs, profitability and investment priorities.
• Responsible and reliable approach to work, ability to remain calm in complex situations, adhere to agreements and communicate about emerging risks in a timely manner.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with the team and business partners.
• Practical ability to analyze and optimize business processes using digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions for operational efficiency, automation, and better use of data.

From 4200 €/mon. gross
The final remuneration will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies and level of responsibility.
