What will need to be done here?
· Manage the company and its daily activities, consult with clients and coordinate projects for the establishment and administration of legal entities in different jurisdictions of the world
· You will need to talk to clients, partners, institutions and other people who will determine whether the project moves forward or returns to your inbox again
· Jurisdictions are diverse - from the EU to the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries
· You will also need to see not only what can be done, but also where the risk begins

What are we looking for?
· A person who has a legal education and real experience in the field of establishing foreign legal entities. Knowledge of international taxation would be a big plus here
· It is important to be able not only to understand complex legal and tax issues, but also to explain them to the client in a way that does not require a second interpreter
· Strategic thinking, very good English, discretion and professional ethics will be required
