Nature of work
- Helping the manager and the company's employees in daily work so that work in the office goes smoothly;
- Company e-mail mail administration, ensuring that letters, contracts and other incoming documents reach responsible colleagues;
- Receiving calls, directing them to addressees, providing information;
- Ensuring internal communication;
- Management of electronic and paper correspondence, shipment management, smooth movement of documents;
- Formation and administration of orders for goods and services;
- Maintenance and support of office activities, order and well-being;
- Preparation, systematization and archiving of personnel and other internal documents of the company (employment contracts, orders, timesheets, various letters, etc.);
- Reception of company guests, service, organization of meetings;
- Help in organizing company events, holidays, business trips of the manager and other employees.
Employee requirements
- Excellent computer skills, computer literacy;
- Administrative work experience;
- Clerical knowledge;
- Legal knowledge;
- Excellent English language skills (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage);
- Diligence, diligence, honesty, initiative, quick orientation;
- Communication skills;
- Ability to promptly solve emerging problems.
