✦ Your responsibilities
People and culture
▸You will carry out the selection process for the entire group - from identifying needs to employment
▸You will organize employee adaptation and development
▸You will form a feedback culture
▸You will take care of employee motivation, engagement and organize internal events
▸With the team of administrators, you will ensure smooth operation of the office, order and effective organization of the daily work environment
Processes and systems
▸You will develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures
▸You will initiate solutions that reduce technical work
▸You will contribute to the development and improvement of document management systems
▸You will analyze the reasons for employee turnover, propose systematic solutions
Administration and documents (direct work)
▸You will prepare employment contracts, job descriptions and other personnel documents yourself
▸You will prepare and manage operational orders
▸You will ensure compliance of personnel documentation with the Labor Code requirements
Management Partnership
▸You will consult managers on personnel issues and help assess the team atmosphere
▸You will coordinate HR and administrative functions at the group level
▸You will cooperate in the field of occupational safety
▸You will carry out the selection process for the entire group - from identifying needs to employment

✦ What we expect
▸≥ 3 years of experience in personnel management (including selection, adaptation, assessment)
▸Good knowledge of the Labor Code and interest in its innovations
▸Experience in developing and implementing HR processes from scratch or optimizing existing ones
▸Practical experience in preparing employment contracts, orders, job descriptions and other personnel documents is a daily part of this role
▸Interest in digitalization, document management or AI in HR solutions
▸Strong communication, business understanding and ability to work with different managers
▸Initiative and willingness not only to execute, but also to propose – an active approach to improvement
▸Good knowledge of the Labor Code and interest in its innovations
