We are looking for a Procurement Manager who is looking to become part of a growing, innovative group of companies and gain first-hand experience in the biotechnology and medical fields. This is a great opportunity to contribute to important organizational processes, see tangible results of their work, and grow with the organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Execution of procurement processes and management of supplier costs.
  • Planning and formation of orders for goods and services according to current needs.
  • Solving supplier service (service) problems.
  • Conducting negotiations with suppliers.
  • Coordination of purchase and supply contracts with suppliers.
  • Cooperation with production and research, quality assurance, finance and legal departments, carrying out purchases and optimizing activities (in order to improve the company's performance indicators).
  • Preparation of reports for management on procurement and supply issues.

We hope you:

  • You have a higher university degree in business management, logistics or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of procurement and/or supply.
  • You are well-versed in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and ERP solutions.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You have good interpersonal communication skills.
  • You have strong negotiation skills.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
