We are currently looking for an experienced international operations manager to join our management team, who will be responsible for the activities of companies established and operating abroad.

In this position you will:
- You will ensure that all foreign companies work in accordance with the group's strategy
- You will coordinate and approve the companies' annual business plans and budgets
- You will coordinate goals and set priorities
- You will evaluate the performance of directors
- You will initiate corrective actions when results do not meet goals
- You will ensure compliance with profitability and cost control goals
- You will provide regular reports to group managers
- You will ensure uniform management practices in all companies
- You will ensure compliance with legal acts and internal group rules
- You will initiate process optimization projects
- You will ensure effective communication between the Lithuanian central office and foreign units
- You will manage risks in different markets
- You will participate in the processes of establishing or acquiring new companies
- If necessary, you will go on business trips (strategic reviews, crisis management).

The following qualities and skills will be useful when applying:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Experience in managing several companies or regional divisions
- Experience in establishing and managing companies abroad
- Higher university education
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills
- High level of responsibility and decision-making
- Responsibility, initiative, independence
- Ability to work with top-level managers
- Excellent communication skills
- Specificity, clarity, result-oriented.
