Nature of work
We are looking for a reliable, organized and responsible person to join our team and help ensure the smooth daily work of the head of the group of companies. This position is intended for someone who is able to independently solve tasks, coordinate different processes and work with confidential information.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Planning the agenda of the head of the group of companies and coordinating meetings;
Performing administrative, organizational and communication tasks;
Collecting, systematizing and preparing information for the head's decisions;
Monitoring the implementation of tasks and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Requirements for the candidate
We expect that you:
Able to independently plan work and prioritize tasks;
Have excellent organizational and time management skills;
Communicate clearly and professionally in Lithuanian and English (oral and written);
Able to quickly find information, systematize it and present it clearly;
Understand the importance of confidentiality and are able to work with sensitive information;
Have good computer skills;
Category B driver's license.
