We invite you to join the Ankstukai team as a Corporate Support Coordinator - someone looking for meaningful work, where everyday efforts turn into real change. We are looking for a responsible colleague who sees the importance of this project, would work sincerely and has a desire to contribute to helping the smallest members of society with their efforts.
Your responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of the fund's fundraising strategy;
- Establish and maintain contacts with existing and new sponsors (legal entities) by phone;
- Collaborate with fundraising team members, share best practices;
- Work with CRM (Salesforce), record information about sponsors' support in it;
- Prepare documentation related to support.

- You want to learn how to work with a CRM system or you already have successful experience in such work;
- You are communicative, easily establish and maintain relationships;
- You express your thoughts fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing;
- You are able to work independently, effectively plan work and achieve set goals;
- You have a desire to communicate with people, are able to listen and reflect accordingly and do not get lost in stressful situations;
- You have the opportunity to work according to an individual activity certificate;
- You are familiar with the activities of "Ankstukai" and believe in the mission and values of this project.
