COMPANY MANAGER / DIRECTOR

Enlito Group is looking for a strong, entrepreneurial and result-oriented manager who would take responsibility for the operations, financial results and growth of several group companies.

This is a position for a manager who is able to see the whole business picture, but also understands daily processes, people management and numbers.

Enlito Group is an international group of companies operating for more than 10 years. We provide staffing, personnel selection, payroll administration and contracting services in Lithuania and other European countries. We cooperate with more than 150 employers annually and employ more than 2,600 employees.

• Planning, organizing and managing the activities of several Enlito Group companies.
• Preparing and implementing company strategies, annual goals and budgets.
• Responsibility for company revenues, profitability, cash flow and cost control.
• Setting clear KPIs for company and division managers and regular evaluation of results.
• Coordinating the activities of sales, employee selection, customer service, personnel and finance teams.
• Ensuring a smooth service cycle - from client needs and signing a contract to employee recruitment, project execution and billing.
• Analysis, improvement and automation of operational processes.
• Development of client portfolio, sales and new services.
• Improving employee fill rate, customer satisfaction and employee retention.
• Developing the management team and strengthening the culture of responsibility.
• Conducting key negotiations with clients, partners and institutions.
• Ensuring legal, financial and procedural discipline.
• Regular presentation of performance results, risks and development opportunities to shareholders.

Work in Marijampolė.

• At least 5 years of successful experience in managing a company, business unit or multiple divisions.
• Experience in managing budget, P&L, cash flow and profitability of the company.
• Ability to lead managers from different areas and focus them on a common result.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and orientation towards measurable results.
• Ability to quickly identify problems, make decisions and take responsibility for them.
• Strong negotiation, communication and complex situation management skills.
• Experience in implementing KPI, budgeting, control and performance reporting systems.
• Ability to simultaneously manage strategic changes and daily company activities.
• Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (German is a great advantage).
• Opportunities to go on business trips in Lithuania and other European countries.

Experience in hiring, staffing, B2B services, international business, or large-scale operations management would be a great advantage.
