What you’ll do:
- Manage import shipments from port to our production warehouses
- Maintain accurate import and shipment data
- Work with TRACES, including fish Catch Certificates
- Coordinate incoming deliveries with Production and Warehouse teams
- Work closely with customs brokers and monitor declarations, duties and taxes
- Ensure the entire import process runs accurately and on time
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent English; Russian is an advantage for communication with Russian-speaking suppliers and logistics partners in Ukraine
- Previous experience with TRACES and Catch Certificates
- Strong Excel/data management and analytical skills
- Experience in import logistics, manufacturing or port-related shipments
- Knowledge of customs processes and international transport documentation
- Strong communication, coordination and attention to detail
