Nature of work:
- Communication with foreign and Lithuanian suppliers regarding cargo transportation;
- Coordination and control of import orders;
- Organization of transport and logistics;
- Administration of import documentation;
- Cooperation with 3PL warehouse: control and accounting of goods balances; supervision of goods receipt and receipt; analysis and resolution of discrepancies;
- Resolving problematic situations and managing claims to suppliers.
It is important for us:
- Work experience in logistics, supply or accounting (advantage);
- Good skills in working with accounting systems;
- Diligence, responsibility and ability to manage a lot of information;
- Communication skills and ability to cooperate with suppliers;
- Knowledge of English and Russian.
